Kurihama Flower World {Yokosuka, Japan}

By on June 9, 2014

This was a fun trip with a friend and our 5 kiddos down to Kurihama Flower World near Yokosuka. It was my first time down towards the base and my goodness it’s beautiful down there. Lush greenery and large stone rocks are prominent as you get towards the port.

The poppies were blooming and we had fun with the kids and our cameras.Kurihama Flower World, Japan www.homelifeart.comKurihama Flower World, Japan www.homelifeart.comKurihama Flower World, Japan www.homelifeart.com

We went to the front gate at Yokosuka and followed these directions but I believe if you put in this address your GPS should take you there as well: 1 Shinmeicho, Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture 239-0832, Japan. We had so much fun in the field of flowers we didn’t even make it the nearby playgrounds. I think the giant Godzilla park is right there as well. Kurihama Flower World, Japan www.homelifeart.com
